These terms apply to your use of the RIPPEL website, operated by RIPPEL (ABN 21 525 498 900) ("RIPPEL", "we", "us"). By using the website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms.
You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it. That includes trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false or misleading information.
Submitting a form or booking a discovery call does not create a contract or commit you to buying anything. The discovery call is free and has no obligation. If we agree to work together, a separate proposal and client agreement will set out the scope, price and terms of that work.
Prices on this website are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. They are a guide only. The price for your work is the fixed price in your written proposal. Software subscriptions and usage costs, such as SMS sending, are not included unless your proposal says so.
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is general information only. It is not tailored advice for your business, and we may change it at any time.
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to RIPPEL or is used with permission. You may view and share it for personal or internal business use. You must not copy, reproduce or republish it for other purposes without our written permission. Ownership of anything we build for clients is covered in our client agreements, not these terms.
Our website may link to other websites. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. This includes the website being unavailable or containing errors. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you give us through this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website, with its effective date at the top.
